Rules:

Health codes place certain requirements and restrictions on Picnic in the Park:

Only official volunteers at the event are allowed to serve food. This includes condiments.
Volunteers must wear gloves.
All food must either be prepared on-site or in a single, Health Department approved facility.

2010 Picnic in the Park Outreach is over for the Summer. We'll see you again in 2011!

Hours of Operation:

During the months we operate the Picnic in the Park Outreach, we will be open from 1:30PM to 3:00PM on Sundays.

Please note that we are staffed entirely by volunteers and as such, our hours of operation are subject to change. Please refer back to this website for the latest updates.

Please note that if there is a large public event in the North end of the park, we will try to move over by the tank.

Needs:

Since we are entirely volunteer operated and funded, please consider helping out!

During the summer months, we could use:

Hot-dogs	Napkins
Buns	Juices
Ketchup	Bottled-water
Mustard	Volunteers

Donations must be unopened and can be dropped off at the Picnic in the Park event or at 12 Baskets Food Pantry during normal hours or operation. Click the link at the top of this page for more information.
